RETURN POLICY

Customers are requested to examine the conditions of products immediately upon delivery or during pick-up. Any missing items or breakages, the request must be claimed at the time of delivery or during pickup, otherwise Jofer Wines and Spirits International Co. Limited shall have the discretion to refuse any claim or refund request.

 

Refunds or exchange of bottles is only applicable to bottles broken in transit. Photographic proof, order information, E-receipt and Delivery note must be provided. Refunds will be credited into customer’s credit card account within 4 weeks upon confirmation.

 

Opened or used products are not allegeable for any claim application.

 

Jofer Wines and Spirits International Co. Limited shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God like fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Company.
